EDIT: Of course there was an OPP police occurrence record - after Ms Dale and staff under her made a false report. But since Ms Dale made up the story the alleged victim did not come forward. Most humans do not want to lie to the police about something that serious. I still have no idea who she alleges that I assaulted or how this allegedly happened. Ms Dale seems to believe her own lies. I rented for about a year from a property that was managed by MCRS - Reba was always easy to get ahold of and pleasant to deal with. I found her to be upfront and honest and she always managed expectations accordingly. Our unit required more care than expected and it can be difficult to get things done quickly in a smaller town - MCRS has efficient and reliable connections and I always felt safe with their workers/contractors. They were also very kind to my dogs.
