Our Condominium Corporation has been dealing with MCRS since about 2012. We were self managed beforehand which led to a lot of problems. I believe we were one of MCRS’ first clients. I personally have been president of our Corporation twice dealing directly with the MCRS senior management. I can’t speak highly enough about this firm. They have kept us out of trouble through a number of very difficult situations. I would encourage anyone looking for property management or rental services to contact MCRS.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property management company. I encountered significant concerns regarding billing accuracy, transparency, and how tenant issues were handled. Matters that should have been straightforward became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming to resolve. I encourage anyone considering this company to document everything carefully, confirm all charges in writing, and fully understand policies before signing.
