When my husband and I moved into our first condo, we were overwhelmed with the "Rules of condo Living". MCRS runs a tight ship however have assisted in keeping our condo financially sound have maintained the property with high standards. In Spring 2025, MCRS Property Management coordinated a lighting retrofit at our condominium without owner consultation, a meeting, or disclosure in the Periodic Information Certificate (PIC). To my knowledge, the project was not included in the Reserve Fund Study, and no funding details were provided.
