Jesse and McRobert’s Pools is the best in town. He resurfaced and renovated our very complex pool system when nobody else would. Throughout the process, he also found us cost effective options to achieve our goals. He still checks in on us after several years and really stands behind his work. His family are all genuine nice people with a tremendous work ethic. You can’t go wrong.
Purchased a home in Port St John with a pool that was in desperate need of resurfacing. We moved from out of state and heard horror stories of fly-by-night pool companies here that take your money and run…so we were cautious to say the least. Called them for resurfacing quote. When I showed the invoice for the resurfacing they did 7 years ago (2nd time they did our pool), the lady said she'd have Jesse call us. He made appt for Wednesday, then called to cancel and would get with us next week. That was over 2 weeks ago and still not calling to schedule a time to come by after several requests to do so. Resurfacing should last 10-15 years. They do not stand behind their work, cancel appointments and don't respond to scheduling requests. Very disappointing as they u... read more
