We rented an RV storage unit over the summer not bad, but unfortunately the roof leaked in two places. The owner blamed it on condensation - problem being if it was condensation a lot more things in the storage unit would be damaged. We knew keeping things in an uninsulated metal building would be a risk but to have actual water leaks from the screw holes was disappointing.
