I had a really frustrating experience with McRae Nissan today. I booked an appointment for 8:00am and even received a reminder, so I took a day off work (I’m self-employed) and organised a lift to get there. When I arrived, I was told my booking couldn’t be found. The receptionist mentioned they had sent a request for my VIN via email, apparently under a different name (removed employe name) which ended up in my spam folder. Could communicate with out comming across unprofessional and a big lack of knowledge..also couldn't even explain if there was parts or if they could order the. They were rude and very blunt .I would spend my money else where..not worthy of your time and money they are not helpful and rude as .very blunt and poor customer service skills..I'm wondering if they ever sell a car with this type of ignorance..
Rang two days ago to book my Nissan Pulsar in for a ‘ticking’ noise coming from the motor. Spent 13 minutes listing my details and explaining the problem to a female service person who told me she would email a time and date. Waited 4 hours for an email but No. So I rang again and was asked for my details once again. Then an arrogant manager explains that all four of his girls are busy. I’m busy too. Fail. Rang Nissan Wangaratta and was booked and confirmed in 7 minutes.
Been here twice and had to wait an hour each time to pick my car up after a service, if you drop your car off in the morning here for a service it will take them all day better off getting here just before they close
My wife and I were on a road trip from the Gold Coast to Tasmania when I noticed a fuel leak from the engine of my Nissan Navara just outside Wodonga. I pulled into the nearest Nissan dealership which was McRae Nissan. Even though the service department was incredibly busy, they took the time to find and fix the fault and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. We cannot thank them enough.
