Rang two days ago to book my Nissan Pulsar in for a ‘ticking’ noise coming from the motor. Spent 13 minutes listing my details and explaining the problem to a female service person who told me she would email a time and date. Waited 4 hours for an email but No. So I rang again and was asked for my details once again. Then an arrogant manager explains that all four of his girls are busy. I’m busy too. Fail. Rang Nissan Wangaratta and was booked and confirmed in 7 minutes.
Been here twice and had to wait an hour each time to pick my car up after a service, if you drop your car off in the morning here for a service it will take them all day better off getting here just before they close
My wife and I were on a road trip from the Gold Coast to Tasmania when I noticed a fuel leak from the engine of my Nissan Navara just outside Wodonga. I pulled into the nearest Nissan dealership which was McRae Nissan. Even though the service department was incredibly busy, they took the time to find and fix the fault and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. We cannot thank them enough. Amazing experience! Chris was extremely thorough, patient and helpful in helping find the right car. I think we test drove 3 or 4 cars and he explained and showed me all the features and made sure I felt comfortable and not pressured into anything! These guys could definitely teach a thing or two to other car dealers in the area. Communication was excellent and they made me feel very special picking up my new car. I can not recommend them enough!! 4 months on and im very happy with my Nissan Qashqai !!
Tried calling to book my car in for a service all day. Either kept getting disconnected or no one answered the phone and I kept ringing out. VERY poor service, I'll take my car elsewhere.
