While the customer service I received was wonderful, and the staff were courteous and polite, the quality of the servicing itself is something that needs reflection. I brought my car in for an urgent issue and waited almost four business days without receiving any form of feedback about what might be wrong. This is not an acceptable standard. I understand that workshops can be busy and that priorities may shift, but the complete lack of communication—no check-ins, no updates—has left me feeling confused and frustrated.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars to McRae Motors- they were absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey of purchasing and delivery of my brand new 2026 Kia Seltos GT-Line.
