Terrible experience. I called to get service records for my newly purchased vehicle and was met with rude, unhelpful staff who passed me around without giving any real answers. To make matters worse, I discovered I was misled during the purchase, and now my Mitsubishi warranty may be at risk because of it. I wouldn’t trust a word they say. Avoid this place at all costs.
Nice enough. Reasonable price. Need to look at service history before working on vehicle- would save them $$. Difficult to call Serivce centre took me 2 days as calls just rang out. This happens on a regular basis.
I recently bought my car through McRae Motors. Shane and Graham were both fantastic to deal with so chill, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. My finance situation was a bit tricky and took longer than expected to sort out, but they were completely understanding and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
