I feel quite fortunate to have a great physician (Dr Gregory Shedlock). He listens well and engages with me when I have questions about supplements, medication adjustments, referrals, etc. The clinic has reasonable wait times. I also enjoy the patient portal that allows me to request referrals, medication refills, or ask questions outside of normal hours and without going through an annoying phone tree.

Ms Jessica Fennel Thomas always provides top tier care. She is patient and always takes the time with us to address concerns. She is the reason why we prefer mcr, everytime! But what makes her an outstanding Dr is her humility, as we observe her, she does not mind doing menial labor knowing she could just call a cna to do it ect. I seen Dr. Shaw today and she was the worst doctor I ever met. She was very dismissive and rude . She spent about 4 minutes tops in the room with me . I had some health concerns and she brushed me off . I asked her to order me a CT Calcium score and she declined to do so . I am 49 and been on BP meds for almost 20 years. This is very unusual for a DR to decline that. My Endocrinologist told me to have my DR order it because she couldn’t.
Ma’am Pamela, financial advisor, is so approachable, helpful and very nice. She is very professional.
