the ladies in the front were super helpful.. waited a hour & 30 minutes to be seen.. for the nurse to tell me she’s not able to do a pap smear, blood work etc.
This was my first visit ever and I personally got a little confused with how the sliding-scale fee works among other things, but the nurse and Dr. Shah were wonderful! Dr. Shah was friendly and straight-forward, and she explained everything perfectly clearly! I got what I needed from my visit and I am grateful! Despite some confusion I had before the appointment, the nurse and Dr. Shah are the reasons I am giving 5 stars!
Automated system set an appointment . I show up and they say I didn’t have an appointment. The rude lady behind the glass proceeds to tell me. Because I am a cash paying patient and don’t have insurance that there is no way the automated system would set an appointment. So I thought , wait just because I don’t have insurance it would not have made an appointment? Hmmmmm?
