First of all, I have choose MCR based on google reviews and very disappointed, surprised with the service. My bike stalled once while Im riding and thats why I wanted someone to check. He took the bike and keep it almost a month and told me that he ride it several times but couldn’t get it stalled which is totally ok. But when I check the odometer there was only 2km difference, I dont know why he lied about that but it is what it is. I called up with some issues on my bike and was given far more than just A+ service. Rather than the usual "bring it in" or generic advice, I was patiently walked through troubleshooting steps over the phone. They even followed up with YouTube links to help explain things that were hard to describe verbally. The call ended with a clear diagnosis of the issue, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Truly went above and beyond – highly recommend!
