I called Ziad out to take a look at my boiler, and I’m truly grateful for his help. From the start, I probably pestered him a bit in the morning and was initially a little frustrated that I couldn’t get a fixed time. However, he did come out as promised, and not only did he inspect my boiler for free, but he also gave me some excellent, money-saving advice. Wonderful service from first contact (they phone you back and arrive when they say there going to !!!) to the service. Everything done to a very high standard and then took the time to explain everything to me about what they’d done and how it all worked. Excellent
Ziad and Joseph just left. I live in Withington and my very old boiler had finally completely given up. I only phoned MCR 8 days ago and it's all been sorted by Ziad and Joseph. All at the quoted price that was reasonable. I'm just delighted. They were simply brilliant 🌟. They didn't just do the necessary, they were as helpful as they could be. Zaid really saved my day. Wonderful service from a lovely guy. I needed a tap replacement kind of urgently and he stepped up when he really didn't have to. Thank you so much Zaid. Definitely recommended by me.
