The people at the front desk is always kind and willing to help you. If you can’t do the tablet they’re willing to help you to do it. The doctors nurse practitioners are very good. You know that they explained stuff to you didn’t ask you if you ask for paperwork on it, they give it to you. It’s just a good place to come.

This is hands down, the worst office I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here twice and have not even been given a physical. They didn’t look at my back, which was one of my reasons for coming in. most of the front office staff have no bedside manner and no empathy when they cancel my appointment as I’m pulling in to the parking lot. I could go on but I don’t want to waste more time. If I could give less stars I would.
Dana Hamtini, APRN. Is one of the most condescending practitioners I've ever encountered as a " nurse practitioner" you should be more empathetic to your patients and at least provide eye contact. We were treated poorly from the moment we walked in from the moment we left. Wish I could say more but if you see this practitioner, wait for another one. Zero patient bedside manners. I've been to this office a million times and was never treated like this. Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz is amazing and so is Lajuan Sanchez and Emily the PA.
