Dana Hamtini, APRN. Is one of the most condescending practitioners I've ever encountered as a " nurse practitioner" you should be more empathetic to your patients and at least provide eye contact. We were treated poorly from the moment we walked in from the moment we left. Wish I could say more but if you see this practitioner, wait for another one. Zero patient bedside manners. I've been to this office a million times and was never treated like this. Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz is amazing and so is Lajuan Sanchez and Emily the PA.
Scheduled an appointment, an hour later I got an email saying my appointment was canceled. Nobody contacted me, and when I called to ask why, they informed me that they rescheduled me for a month out and didn't let me know/sent no confirmation emails about it. How in the world am I supposed to know and get the healthcare that I need if no one is reaching out???
