I have neuropathy and other issues walking. I was so discouraged when i saw all my limitations at my first evaluation. In 4 weeks working with the team my life has changed for so much better. My balance is so much better and im able to walk without feeling like i will fall! The staff is compassionate and supportive. I look forward to enjoying the nice weather now that i can walk so much better. I had at home physical therapy and it helped a little. But Bay State has literally changed my life.

She takes the time and listens to my symptoms and I feel she truly wants to get to the bottom of my back problem so that I don’t suffer with pain as much as I have been experiencing for so many years. My son referred me to Dr Jackie about 2 month ago. Needed a chiropractor with PT skills mostly for neck issues. She's fantastic in helping treat the issue via instilling various stretches and exercises to build an ongoing preventive maintenance program as opposed to just relying on an 'adjustment. ' She's passionate about a tailored patient care regimen, and I'm glad she's my chiropractor!
Dr. Jackie Hansen is exceptional, listens to the patient, and provides outstanding care. A visit includes consultation, manipulation to mitigate pain, and follow-up exercises for pain-free maintenance. A printout with photos of exercises is provided for reference at home. Excellent care, excellent experience, highly recommended.
