CSN Stratford did a fabulous job on body repairs on our vehicle following a collision. Their office staff is delightful, clear and communicative.They were very accommodating of our requests for an off-hours drop off. They’re worth the drive from out of town.
Wonderful business to deal with. Excellent communication in the front office, very courteous and polite. The quote provided was reasonable, the shop did great job in repairing and repainting our BMW within a short period of time. My car had front end damage from hitting an animal. The repair work was great. It was done within the estimated time. They also touched up a stone chip in the door that had nothing to do with the scheduled job or was even mentioned to them. They noticed it and fixed it. They also detailed my car before returning it. It was refreshing to get the extra service, that doesn’t happen that often anymore.
