Not a fan of being deceived! Bait and switch. Call in to ask for an annual, they book the appointment, which is free on insurance, I get there and oh no, you can't have an annual without being here at least once before, that will be $75. What a crock. Staff was very nice. I hate being mislead, when I called, they should have said they couldn't do an annual without the $75 cash grab. Not cool
