Warranty fraud? Purchased a warranty for paint and dent, was never told a coating was to be applied to our new 2023 Equinox. Sold the vehicle one year later and requested the refund on the remainder of the warranty. Was told because this treatment was applied to the vehicle they can't refund anything. Took my car here to get my oil change and the regular maintenance done on time.They where professional and courtesy towards your request and didn't really had to wait that long to get my car serviced.
Outstanding customer service. Jack was amazing and really put us at ease with the whole process as we were first time car buyers. We got into a great car with nowhere near perfect credit scores. I am beyond happy with my experience here. Would definitely recommend.
