I caught Bob Burger trying to cheat me by overcharging his inflated price of $129.98 for my GE oven's $63.01 broiler element, a 106% markup, in addition to his charge for the service call. Bob bellyached "There ain't no money in service calls", which he tries to make as briefly as possible. Lousy customer service. It’s surprising that he's still in business. Burger is a social media troll. Can we rate Burger a -5?
