I tried to use this company sad to say they gave me the run around. Called on A Tuesday. Said I’ll call you Friday to be there Saturday at 12. We wasted our whole day and not a call. I called Monday from different number cause they weren’t answering my cell. Guys say had an emergency. I’m in Austin on my way to your house. Be there at 4pm. Nothing I don’t recommend they liars!!!! Go elsewhere

I called for service on a Saturday morning for a refrigerator that wouldn't cool. Received an operator who collected lots of information from me and then put me through to the repair service. There was no answer after 20 rings so I hung up. Seconds later the repair service calls and says that he will be at my house between 12 and 3 pm. I waited and waited, finally, at 2:45 pm I called the service back and left a message wondering if they were going to come or not. No call back. I called For service on a refrigerator. The brand was Samsung, nobody in mcqueeney fixed samsung refrigerators. These guys came and fixed my fridge. Excellent service.
