Needed the starter replaced on my 2002 Toyota Tundra It’s considered a difficult, time-consuming job. One mechanic shop told me they couldn’t work me in at this time, another quoted me $1600.00. Riley McQueen worked me into his full schedule and replaced the starter several hundred dollars less than quoted by other shops saving me money and grief.

Great little business! Took my car there for tires and brakes. My appointment was during the recent storm and loss of electricity. My car was stuck on the lift but Riley was able to finish it the next day and work around some obstacles to get me my car back as quickly as possible. Good service at a reasonable price, friendly staff, and an overall great experience.

Fantastic, reliable and trustworthy. Another mechanic kept putting us off. With McQueen's, we had an appointment the next day. Revealing our car was actually and verifiably not safe to drive. They ordered the right parts and scheduled the work when they came in. They also spent the time to do it right and not rush it out the door. Car drives like new. We've found our new mechanic.

Where do I start.? I’ll start with I am a female.! From the very 1st phone call of inquiring and setting up my initial diagnostic appt., I was met with nothing but friendliness, patience and a feeling of trust. I went in for my appt. with things I thought I needed and was greeted with honesty upon my phone call of what my problems could have been. McQueen did not take advantage of me being a woman.
