Riley is great
Riley, the owner, is the most personable, reliable, and authentic auto mechanic I've ever met. He is always fair in his prices and goes above and beyond to explain how your car works and to make sure you are being taken care of. For example, he will drop you off/pick you up if you are in the area while your car is being worked on. I've been using Riley for my tires for several years now. I am so excited that his business has been able to grow! He always finds me the best deals. Also, he is incredibly trustworthy and has always been up front and honest. I have referred several people to him and they always share with me how positive of anexperience it was and that doesn't happen often with regards to car maintenance!
McQueen auto and tire is a wonderful family owned auto shop who truly cares about its customers and is very reasonable with their pricing. Riley truly jumped through hoops for getting my break pads from the ford dealership. Got me an appointment the next week even though having to order parts, and had my car ready in 3 hours. Very friendly and amazing experience. Will definitely be recommending and going back when my ford has future problems, which god knows it will.
