Very poor experience: * Inconsistent communication * Inaccurate information * Missed deadlines Net result: hours of wasted back-and-forth. With my experience, avoid Kim and this agency.

I haven’t spoken with Kim for over 5 months! Kim has listed my properties and hasn’t even bothered to provide updates, no plan B, and no feed back just willing take your advertising money and hope for the best. Worst real estate office I have dealt with in 15 years of buying/selling. Vendors be warned! Don’t sell with Kim.
