I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla and something went wrong but he honored and fixed it under the warranty he provides. He even replaced the headlight bulb which went out after when I was picking up my plates. He is very nice and not just salesmen nice, very easy to talk to and get along with without feeling like he is desperately trying to make the sale.
Bought a 2012 mkz came with a 14 day warranty as do they all and the owner Tan went above and beyond to honor it. This man pulled up on NFC/AFC championship Sunday 30 min before kick off to fix an issue with the car. Extremely pleasant experience. He knows what he has and every car in the lot is top tier shape for a used car lot it's actually impressive. Smooth experience would recommend anybody to him!
