Got me in for eval the same day I called. Bill as I go with no pre-authorization for credit card. Very personable and easy to work with. Unlike Middletown Sport and Spine which I had to wait 3 weeks for evaluation and then I was told that I had to provide and authorize them to charge a credit card as they see fit. Ridiculous. I have health insurance and a HSA. No other medical provider has ever insisted on this. I have a right and obligation to ensure the charges are accurate before allowing them to charge my HSA card.
