We made an appointment about a month in advance as per a requirement from the HOA with a strict deadline. I called to confirm the appointment 4 days before the scheduled date to avoid late fee charges by the HOA and was reassured that they will be there within the time window they provided. On the day of the appointment they simply did not show up and our calls were forwarded to voicemail. Did not respond to voicemails. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I regret hiring this company. The chimney cleaning was superficial and the chimney cap installation now rattles during high winds. Didn’t leave a clear invoice and the cleaning cost included items we’d never discussed. They suggested chimney repair without providing proof or documentation. I’ll be sharing photos publicly and contacting another contractor to correct the issues. If you plan to use this chimney service, insist on a written scope and an itemized bill.
