Never have the medication you need.
Zero stars, this place sucks. They don’t care about the patients. Front desk staff are the rudest, they will make you feel so uncomfortable. I hate hate this clinic .
I've waited in line and got my turn to pick up a prescription. I've noticed there wasn't needle included so i requested a prescription for that also. The lady, Vivian told me to wait another 20 minutes and i waited. I've got a notification my prescription is ready and waited too long. When i ask her it's showing it's ready, she had an attitude and yelled at me there're people in front of me. She's very unprofessional and only wanted to help the people who speaks her language. Stride overall has been a decent place they can definitely make some improvements. Now my husband seen a new Dr. Osbourne and this doctor was not listening to my husbands concerns at all he was talking and the dr got up and started walking out when he was trying to explain his concerns. His approach to his symptoms was no good he offered nothing no medications at all no advice on what to do with his symptoms. He rushed through the appointment. Didn’t listen to him.
