Dr. Anoosh has a very calm and reassuring approach. She carefully listens to every concern and makes sure you understand the treatment clearly, which builds a lot of trust.
My son was a patient there and his doctor ended up charging me almost $200 for a disability tax credit form to be filled out and he didn’t even fill it out properly, but charged me the money for it still I sent it into the CRA and they told me that they needed additional information from the doctor and the doctor refused to give any more information when I called to try to make an appointment for getting them more information, he refused to make appointments with me unless I paid more money out-of-pocket.
