I’ve had a great experience at McPhillips Medical Clinic. The waiting times have always been reasonable, and the clinic is well organized. The staff genuinely care about helping their patients and are always polite. I have been visiting Dr. Anoosh Harandi, and I can say she is wonderful. My Doctor was Dr.Jordan Langrell, I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis and needed to have my uterus removed. Our first meeting was alright, it went a little fast and I had a feeling she wasn't really listen to what I was saying but she wasn't rude. Kayvan Harandi has very poor communication skills. His approach made me feel worse rather than supported. The way he communicated trigger you into an argument instead of understanding, and I did not feel that he was trying to listen to or solve my concerns. Also he was vague when explaining vaccines, which left me feeling confused and uncertain instead of informed. Every interaction with him leaves me feeling distressed and uncomfortable. I came to the medical clinic and must say that it was a pretty good experience overall. The reception if she’s very friendly, the building and Clinic are almost brand new and in great condition. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting area. The doctor and nurse were very friendly. There’s also a pharmacy attached to the clinic as well. The only complaint was that it took longer than expected to be seen. Aside from that I would say it’s a good place overall.
