If you are going to see a doctor as a walk in, or even family doctor.. don’t walk.. RUN from this place. If I could give separate ratings for the family doctor side, to the OB/GYN side I would. The reason for booking the appointment is to secure the time allotted they provided. Wait time is more than 2 hours not including when they call you to be in the room. I hope when a patient has checks in to the clinic, they should be attended to that time. Imagine just sitting there and wasting yout time waiting and attende you past more than 2 hours of your appointment time. Just saying. Unfortunately, this clinic is very unprofessional. I needed assistance and the receptionist could not help me. I asked for a manager. She put me on hold for a while and returned to tell me there was no manager as they quit. I was then told to email, however any email I have sent in the past as the clinic rarely answers the phone has never been returned. I can understand why your clinic has a high turnover of doctors and staff as it is poorly run.
I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this experience with Dr. Soekjae Bangh was the worst and I felt it warranted a warning to other patients with children. The clinic and staff otherwise, were kind and friendly... but I took my daughter in for an immunization and he came in cold, no hi or hello, just "what do you need?" ... and then wasn't certain about the necessary immunization for her, whether it was 2 shots or 3... Lovely staff, gynecology receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kelcey Winchair is awesome, extremely professional.
