John and Cindy Krehbiel deserve a destination glory spot in heaven. I mean, have you tried calling the airlines yourself to work out your travel? First of all, they understand people, they understand what REAL customer service is, and they have years of experience in the travel business. I really enjoyed working with Cindy and John to find our vacation. They did a great job with giving us options and staying within our budget. With that said, I was responsible for determining travel requirements and finding the correct paperwork to enter the country I was visiting. We had a major delay with our flights, which I was also responsible for figuring out how to navigate the situation.
