These gentlemen were thorough and cleanliness in their job. They explained every detail of the job to be done. Clean-up was done promptly. I applaud these two gentlemen, and will use the company in the future
Awful customer support. I had to call three times to get them to come out for an estimate for gutters. They finally came out but then never contacted me back with the actual estimate. When I called and emailed them several times I finally got an estimate 2 weeks later but then once again I had to pull teeth to get a date for the job to start. I was skeptical after reading a few bad reviews, but they gave a great price and seemed very knowledgeable; so I gave them a shot. Amy showed up on time and gave us a quote for putting blow in cellulose above our garage. She also noticed some other things that the builder failed to do and quoted those issues separately. i needed my very large basement spray foamed with closed cell foam at a cost of $3000.00(three thousand dollars)after getting an estimate which was a runaround by itself.i had to keep calling them back to get them to schedule an appointment,after we agreed on a day which was on a weekday i had to take a day off from work,so i did.they said they would be here at 8 o'clock in the morning.so i,m waiting.i get a call at 9:30 saying theres a problem will be around 10:30.i,m waiting.11:30 still nobody.get a call at 11:45 saying th... read more
Individual stormed out of house when I disagreed with what he said. That is not good.
My toddler and I were inside the home while they were insulting (a fact that they knew) and heard everything from swearing to one of the workers complaining, up until he said "F* this, I'm done, all I have to do is waste enough time until..." (this was at around 1pm and they hung around outside for over an hour doing absolutely nothing. These men turned what should have been a three day job into a 5-6 day job. VERY poor work ethic!
I think that this is the best way to find all my questions about companys, restaurant, and more. I use this tool all days at any time.
