Staff here is so wonderful! Dawn at the front desk always takes good care of me and is always so sweet. Preston Hunt did an amazing job on my dental work and made a huge difference in my smile and confidence now! Best dental office in Laramie :)
The clinical staff here is wonderful, they’re very gentle and kind and I had a good experience the day of my appointment. The billing side of things is not so great. At the time of service I was told that insurance would cover half, which evidently, is not the case. I know insurance is tricky and have no issues paying. However, the woman I spoke to over the phone was belittling and berating. I offered to pay $100.00 today and set up a payment plan for $75.00 monthly for right now. I've have wicked anxiety of the dentist. My last few experiences were awful. Until I went to this clinic. After waiting 14 years in pain, i finally felt relief. Everyone was great, very positive and the dentist made sure I was comfortable in every way he could. It was a great experience and I will be going back and bringing the kiddos for cleanings. Highly recommend!
