I would not recommend this bisiness to anyone. In the pursuit of looking for a new therapist, I had a few qualifications I was looking for… This office claimed to have all of them. Let me start by saying the intake was the most gruesome experience I have had in a very long time (and I have dealt with some stuff). The young lady (which seemed either new, young or inexperienced or all the above) was not prepared. She kept having to go off screen. This is not a good business. It is very hard to reach someone via email or phone. I am trying to get some important documents filled out for work and no one is reaching back out to me. The admins are very unprofessional too.
UPDATE: 6/19/2025 - It would help if someone from your office contacted me directly to resolve the matter rather than replying to a google review. Thirty minutes ago I received another email from the collection agency your office referred my account to for an invalid debt. **UPDATE**: This morning at 1:55am they sent a NEW higher invoice for $175. None of which I owe. These people are vultures, and unprofessional. Stay away from them. Literally the worst therapy experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been receiving services from McPherson for the past month or so. On 4/11/25, at the end of my session (as usual), we discussed the following session scheduled for 4/18/25. I clearly explained that I would be unable to attend due to a required work event. UPDATE: As an update to my original post, my bank returned the funds this company took from my bank account without basis. However, this company continued to send me emails stating I had past due invoices for 150 dollars as recent as 2 days ago. Today, I learned that McPherson CCS has submitted this claim to collections. Unethical and unprofessional business practices especially for the type of business they're in. They were completely in the wrong on this one and refuse to take responsibility.
