We built our home with McPhee Associates and we were so impressed with their overall service and commitment to quality that we decided to have them manage the property for us. The service has been invaluable with them being able to check on the home before and after storms or extreme temperature changes to ensure that there are no issues. They are extremely responsive to phone calls and concerns. We truly feel very fortunate to have them looking after our home.
Very capable property managers. Dan and team communicate well when needed, have strong attention to detail, and are always there if we need to discuss a need or concern. A real plus is their ability to use the resources available for repairs, renovations, and maintenance at a reasonable cost with quality work.
Sean is awesome. Super responsive and very helpful. Goes above and beyond always!
