I don’t know who you’ve hired as a receptionist but she is terrible… I’ve now been called “abusive” by the owner and they’ve said they instructed their employee to end a phone call when a customer becomes “abusive” … I hung up on her ?! I needed the call?! Please tell me this company records phone calls because I would love to hear the recording this is actually ridiculous
Absolutely Disappointed – Buyers Beware We purchased a used travel trailer from McPhail’s of Harriston in April 2024, trusting the sales team’s assurance that it had been “fully inspected with no issues.” That trust was completely misplaced. Shortly after our 90-day warranty expired we experienced quite a large leak when the vinyl of the bunks began pulling way from the trailer. Awesome staff, great place to go for your RV parts.
Fabulous service all around. We had our new trailer in for a little bit of warranty work. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
I stopped in to check out some parts for my trailer. The staff were friendly and attentive. I didn't look at their inventory of trailers and RVs but there is a good selection.
