Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. I purchased mirrored bedside tables and a dresser from McPhails, which were not cheap. One of the bedside drawers arrived with a visible blemish underneath the glass, directly below the handle — very noticeable, especially on a mirrored surface. Mc Phails Furniture delivered the incorrect furniture to me and have refused to return my money. I drove two hours to return the goods to them as that is their policy. They still refuse to return my money. I have sent a Creditors Statuatory Demand and still they refuse. Oh dear Mc Phails after all of your arrogance, this does not look good for your business.
Don’t but through this company they will not do the right thing. They owe me money as they dropped off incorrect furniture so I drove three hours to return it as per their policy. Now instead of refunding my money they are trying to charge me rent on the goods they stuffed up!! Such dishonesty
About to issue a Creditors Statuatory demand on this company. They refuse to refund money when they deliver the wrong product. I have asked for a refund and they refuse. Not looking good if your business becomes insolvent. Woman who works here incredibly rude and has no idea of the law
I purchased the Provedore dining table approx 18months ago for $1500. It’s now cracked through the centre of the table and laminate on the sides is coming away. Mcphails only offer a 12 month warranty with no care or responsibility after that. Do not recommend
I recently moved into my new home and purchased the Lockhart table with bench, stools, tv unit, coffee table and side tables. They did not gave a buffet in the Lockhart but the Elliott goes perfectly with it. I also bought the Joseph beds and 3 mattress. Highly recommend all the furniture. I bought online and was a bit worried about it but everything is quality and what I expected
