I have been looking for a mechanic to work on my car, one that explains the work needing to be done, one that provides updates on the progress of the work, one I can trust to be honest and provide a great job for a reasonable price. I found that and more with McPhail Auto. When the work was extended to a second day, they provided me with a vehicle at no extra cost. I called mcphail fir a 2nd opinion on a noise in my jeep...when I got there i was greeted by Christine and the receptionist with a smile and they made me feel welcome right away. Scott came with me fir a drive to listen to the rattle and also spoke with me about my concerns. After the inspection Christine sat with me explained everything throughly any concerns I had were dealt with immediately, I mention i couldn't be off wirk long and she offered a loaner vechile so I didn't need to miss work.
