Scott, Tom, Christine and technician Mark are a great group to deal with. Friendly and informative. The work was done in a very timely manner and the attention to detail was above and beyond. Definitely the place to go.

Brought my vehicle to McPhail Auto for the first time and was really impressed! Great service, excellent communication, and super friendly staff. They even cleaned my car spotless when the work was done and provided a loaner so I wasn’t without a car for the day. I’ll definitely be back!
Brought my car in for a valve adjustment. My service took longer than expected and I was given no updates. I called and was told my car would be ready in 15 minutes and to hurry before they close. I did a visual inspection of my engine bay immediately after my service. I found that the mechanic left several hose clamps unfastened, an unplugged intake sensor, under filled my coolant, did not fasten my coolant reservoir back down (forgot or lost bolt) and removed my brake pedal cover and left it on the floor of the driver seat... read more
