At my aunt's appointment Dr Bloom did not speak to her at all during her visit. Kept talking to another girl in the room about books and pod casts. Very unprofessional. He gave her the shot in her eye and walked out, not one word was spoken to her. Not the first time either

I waited for my appointment for 3 weeks, excited to finally get new glasses. My only pair were destroyed during a move and I was left unable to drive or read. When I made the appointment, I made sure to verify my insurance. I was told it was accepted, so I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I checked in and was then informed that they did not participate in my insurance. I was somewhat confused because it was verified, I gave all the ID numbers and was told it was fine.
