Honestly I would be ashamed if this was my business. I’m not usually one to get on here and complain like this but my visit was extremely disappointing. I walk in to check in and tell the check in lady “hi, I’m Sarah Button here checking in” she THEN puts her phone down from scrolling on tik tok or Instagram (I didn’t wanna be nosy and stare at her phone) and says -already- with an attitude “what’s your name” so I tell her again. Went there as a new patient in September of 2023. Great service, excellent people, very happy. Had exam and got new lenses. Paid in full when glasses were received. A year later, they sent me a bill for $60. I called. They said it was for my copay. I don't have insurance so there can't be a copay. They said that they have no idea. Double billing seems to be an issue in Kentucky as the same has happened at my doctor's office.
At my aunt's appointment Dr Bloom did not speak to her at all during her visit. Kept talking to another girl in the room about books and pod casts. Very unprofessional. He gave her the shot in her eye and walked out, not one word was spoken to her. Not the first time either
I love this place they are kind caring and professional and their glasses ...OMG!!!!
I waited for my appointment for 3 weeks, excited to finally get new glasses. My only pair were destroyed during a move and I was left unable to drive or read. When I made the appointment, I made sure to verify my insurance. I was told it was accepted, so I scheduled an appointment.
