After living in a rental for ten years, and being up priced for the third time, in less than two years from the new owners, it was time to move! We decided to downsize. From the moment we had a conversation with Elizabeth she was very helpful, we set up a day that was convenient for us and were able to find what needed in a new rental. Our new place was very clean and the exterior is always very well maintained. I would definitely recommend MCP.

Not once have I seen this company take an ounce of credibility in any of the reviews left by others. Always having an explanation for why this happened or trying to pass the blame onto the person who left the review is laughable. I was interested in having this company manage a few of my properties, but not anymore.

As a property owner with multiple units in the Western Mass area, I've had my share of experiences with various property management companies. Three years ago, I made the switch to MCP, and it's been a refreshing change. I've rented from MCP for about two years, it has been a really good experience. When i moved into the apartment it was clean and ready. Management is great and helped me with any and all issues. I recommend this company.
