Good and quick service, very organised and professional.
Surprised at these negative reviews, I was recommended mcp strata and they’ve looked after us for years now. They've been a big help and we haven't had any bad experiences with them
Cristina would have to be one of the worst strata agents to deal with. After sending a simple email I receive a rude reply to which I follow up with a phone call and then get laughed at over the phone while trying to understand the nature of her email and also the query I had. I simply requested instructions on organising a council clean up for a unit that a tenant of ours lives at. Don't use this place! Terrible service! We finally got rid of her after much stress and drama! She threatens you! Awful, Awful WOMAN! Run everyone, RUN! I hope she gets de-registered and her business shut down.
