We worked with M+Co and couldn’t be happier. They quickly got what our home needed to stage it before the sale. They made all the house and the outdoor area looking very inviting, beautiful and cosy. They were very responsive to some little changes or adds I wanted to do and just felt very professional which is exactly what you need when going through the stressful process of selling your home.
Emma and her team were amazing. The styling for our home was perfect and made the house look warm and inviting. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
Avoid! Referred by a real estate agent and really wish I'd gone with my gut and found someone else. Unprofessional, terrible customer service and clearly trying to rip people off by trying to add sneaky costs along the way. Spent months chasing them for a resolution and just kept getting palmed off. Terrible ethics.
My genuine recommendation to all home owners is to do the styling yourself. Declutter, remove personal photos, evidence of pets, BUT trust yourself. You need to present what your home has to offer and YOU know that best! Joe Doyle from Nick Johnstone Real Estate personally referred my husband and I to M+Co for the styling of our home for sale.
