I ostensibly thought that MCO would help my family buy an affordable home after my application was accepted, and the terms of the sale were agreed on. I was surprised when terms were surreptitiously changed on the purchase and sales and deed rider and completely different than what had been agreed on. they, just talked around the problem. They also said the property was de-leaded which was false. Weeks of our time and a lot of money was wasted. They are unprofessional.
well I guess my experience wasn’t as good as many. I waited all this time to find out if I was going to be entered in a lottery and I was disqualified! when I double checked the emails and everything I sent them everything I had I sent what they said was missing was inaccurate. In addition, things they wanted I didn’t have because I hadn’t worked with these companies long enough to provide them three stubs. they didn’t even check with me.
