We had a problem with our DISH in our RV and we called McNutt Brothers while away on a camping trip and they were able to schedule us for an appointment the day after returning. They arrived when they said they would!!! (in this day and age, that's a win right there) They were extremely knowledgeable and even brought out a new wally box and satellite in case either was the problem.
