Long wait to check-in. Doctors are great though.
Excellent Doctor! Very competent and thorough. Takes her time and encourages questions. I recently move to Texas with my wife, and I’m very pleased to find a doctor that recognizes the medical needs of senior citizens. I will definitely recommend Dr Jahan to friends and family. This location has to be the WORST. There is no direct line, the clinical staff and providers are always unavailable and rescheduling appointments. I had to make a last minute reschedule (not of my own fault but the provider) was advised the appointment was for same day at 4:30p, end up driving to Las Colinas from East Fort Worth, to be told it was at 4p and had to reschedule which I had to leave work early and have no other availability.THEN they have you register for the patient portal to only NOT use it for communication. ... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been patients at this office for the last 14 years. Our original doctor who we loved moved, but due to longevity we thought we should continue to see another doctor in the clinic, but every year it gets worse. Recently I tried to schedule an appointment for my daughter and because it had been over 1.5 years they considered us new patients. So disappointed in the staff as well as level of care. Please find somewhere else to go.
