The reception needs to be overhauled. Where is the online booking? What is with the paper-noted appointments? The only new thing in the last twenty years is the giant plexiglass cage around the desk so they can hide behind it (ex COVID). Do they keep digital records? Email? Or are they stuck with a landline, Royal Mail, and paper grey folder records? This lack of change might be preferred by sum, but this hits below par in the industry in 2025. Carla is the most wonderful dentist. She is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I first went as a total wreck (eg needed sedation for a check up at previous dentists) but Carla has reassured me and treated me in a manner that is reassuring, confident, extremely knowledgeable and fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this dentists. I was petrified of treatment, but Clara is amazing. Patient and reassuring. She also told me she would never do anything to hurt me, which is amazing to hear. Quite possibly the best dentist I've ever had.
Have been a regular patient for over 10 years. Covid hit and as everybody knows you couldn't get a dental check up until, at least for me, last year. I recently had my second check up in 3 years as opposed to every six months. I was in and out in five minutes. That included an inspection of my teeth and "scale and polish". My teeth were drilled for probably all of a minute and not because I have good teeth. No polish, no mouth rinse and not even a tissue to wipe off the drool.
