Quick Shipment, Courteous
A complete disaster from the time they had my payment. I requested a quote for products to be delivered to a residential address, specifying clearly that this residential address does not have a forklift to unload. Then I called to place the order and again clearly stated there is no forklift to unload. I was told by the rep that it will automatically be delivered with a lift gate since it is in the system as a residential address. McNichols never actually authorized or paid for lift gate delivery.
