Used to love this place. It was our family place. My grandpa adored Dr.McNerney. Unfortunately, he has retired and this place has went down hill fast. From a phlebotomist sticking me way too far in and making fun of me for being in pain from it and laughing thinking I was gone with a secretary (who told her to be,) to unprofessional doctors and nurses. I'm glad I moved to a state that has better care as well as healthcare for their patients.
My grandparents loved Dr.Mcnerney. When I first came to this office I did too. But over the last few years it has dramatically went downhill. Im not sure if it’s because he’s retiring or what to be honest. I seen a woman this time named Vanessa I believe? A couple years back I had some major issues. I stopped going here but thought I’d try to give them a second chance, humans make mistakes. However, this time was far more disappointing than even the last. I love this doctor office and the staff that work here they are friendly and kind and very caring of your health needs and are very thorough with their approach to your health I recommend them to all my family and friends so if your sick or come down with a sudden illness or looking for a new doctor or even a second opinion give them a call and make an appointment you be glad you did.
