Reserving Crazy people. So rude
I dont see how the lady Deena keeps her job if checking in a truck is so much of a hassle why not move to a different department. Anyonecan do that job iys not even a skill position and she acts like we are all walking in demanding brain surgery
Used to get all our parts direct from dodge center. Call..order..I'd have them the next day. Now they have farmed out all the customers that are not one of the big 4 waste haulers to a middle man distributer. Waited 3 weeks for a part that was never shipped how about tell us our old account info is no good and now we need a credit card.. I called mcneilus to discuss my concerns and the parts guy hung up on me.
