I’m new to the East Hants area and needed my AC looked at quickly. Despite my partner warning me about this shop’s reputation for overcharging, I went anyway for convenience. A month ago, they recharged my AC with no issues and asked me to come back a week later for a follow-up. Life got busy and I didn’t make it in. I returned today for a MVI at 10:00 a.m. I also asked them to check the AC again as a courtesy—even though it was working fine. They really came through this time with repairs to my car. Appreciate their attention to detail and helping me with some serious “problem solving”. Great with to the whole team at McNeill’s.
I was in my way to Halifax and noticed a tear in the sidewall of my tire. Three businesses wouldn’t fit me in but McNeills told me to come right in and called another business for me as well to find the tire I needed. Excellent service! Thanks again!
