A quick, and comprehensive service ,for an MVI. I’m returning next month for the same on another vehicle!
Awesome customer service from the front counter staff to the mechanic who serviced my car. My car needed more work than expected but they were able to get the parts and fix everything up tickety boo the same day. It was greatly appreciated and everyone is always so nice.
As always, I had a very positive experience at McNeill’s Shell yesterday. Prompt service, an outline of what will be checked and a followup phone call detailing what was found during the inspection. Also as usual, the staff were very friendly and professional. Kudos to McNeill’s.
The service received from the staff at McNeill's was incredible. My wife and I broke down after normal business hours. The person looking after the towing division was great. We were on our way home, to New Brunswick, so with the garage only opening in the morning, he helped us finding a place to stay overnight by giving us suggestions as we were not familiar with the area. Great experience, they fit me in for an emergency brake and rotor replacement and had a rough quote ready for me when I dropped off my car so I knew what to expect. They went the extra mile to arrange a shuttle even though their regular shuttle driver was off. They communicated with me throughout the day to make recommendations about potential additional work I might want/need, including costs, and communicated about work that didn't need to be done based on their findings.
