It was Friday afternoon this summer when I was vacationing/ camping in Buena Vista . My vehicle starting making some bad noise from the front end .I was concerned , I might have an accident or be stranded on the road some where. 2 other mechanic shops would not even look at the problem . Excellent customer service
Called to ask about getting my CV joint looked at. Was asked to drop off my vehicle on a Friday, but I am currently traveling and living out of the car and can't just "drop it off". As soon as I told Matt this, he became somewhat hostile and told me that wouldn't work and to pick a time to drop it off. I again told him I couldn't just drop it off, at which point I was told to find another shop. I've been a mechanic and would do it myself if my tools weren't in storage a state away.
