Horrible customer service. They have no business dealing hoyt bows or any archery for that matter.
I bought a blind cover from these people online and have had nothing but problems. First they charged my credit card twice and I had to deal with having the charges reversed, then the product they sent me was defective. When I called the store to try to return the product for a replacement the manager told me that she would not replace the blind cover or refund my money, but I could buy another one.
