Dropped off my chainsaw for repair on 7/02 and did not get it back until 9/18. Whenever I called and asked, they said they needed a special back ordered part. When I got the chainsaw back, they fixed what I asked them to (good) but they also replaced one random part that I did not want replaced...and that's the part that held it up for over two months.
