My go to place for sales and service! Chad and his team are very knowledgable. I have bought multiple chainsaws and recently a new lawnmower for them. I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service I have received from these guys!
I was in search of a fix for my current chainsaw and also looking a possibly purchasing a new one. I went to McNeely's and Chad answered all my questions and provided great service. Took a Cub Cadet push mower here because it wouldn’t start. When it was ready for pickup, the side discharge chute was missing. McNeeley’s offered to order another one but I would have to pay for it. They charged me DOUBLE what I paid for the lawn mower to repair it. Needless to say, the lawn mower still won’t start. Do NOT do business with this location. If they’re going to rip off someone who is their neighbour, they’ll certainly rip anyone else off.

Got my snow blower rebuilt onthe spring got it home. Did not steer right. The next fall the first snow drop. I tried to use it and could not. Took it back they said it needed a spring? They forgot to put one in. So I paid over 3 hundred for one spring that they forgot to put in
