This is my moms Dr..and everytime she needs refills they always take forever..I tryed to get a refill since last monday and im still waiting to get them refilled..Its always the same thing when she needs a refill.They give you the run around..I think its time to switch to a new Dr..Avoid Dr.Mceely if you can..
Dr. McNeely and her staff are the greatest! Very short wait time in the waiting room and exam room. Everything Dr. McNeely needs to explain, is explained in terms the average person can understand and she is very patient so you understand, fully, what she is saying. Kind, caring, wonderful people! They will be my medical caregivers until the very end.
