Excellent and timely service
The buyer chose M&C for a real estate closing. The experience was mostly typical for a closing, with all of the paperwork prepared in advance. The paperwork was perfect and neatly organized. I was a bit surprised that the attorney charges both buyer and seller a fee. Maybe I hadn’t noticed that before. I was disappointed that we had to chase down our proceeds (a check) and waited 4 hours but only expected 2 hours. We chose a paper check to avoid the wire transfer fee.
Absolute professional service and advice. The short story is I was involved in a private real estate transaction in NC. I am 700 miles away in NY. John helped with reviewing documents and offered expert advice. Returned emails and phone calls promptly. I highly recommend them without hesitancy.
