I brought in some expensive dress shirts and clearly asked for flipped cuffs and heavy starch. Instead, the shirts were dry cleaned. Even after giving them two chances to fix it, including paying over fifty dollars, the results were still wrong. Then on top of that, they charged again for the redo. They don’t pay attention to detail, are difficult to work with. Matter fact ( UNREAL EXPERIENCE!!)
Always dependable always great service
Florida Ave location: AWFUL AWFUL FRONT DESK- DRIVE THRU Customer Service! Rude and unpleasant attitude. If you’re placed in the front to greet guest/customers – especially brand new ones you are the face of the company. Not acceptable. I hate leaving a review like this, but I WILL NOT BE BACK.
We live within a couple of blocks from this location. Their vans speed down our street every day. We've called and let them know, and it still happens. Respect your community.
