Send dress to get pressed for Mother's Day and they did not press it correctly. They left the lining of the dress all crumbled on the top without getting pressed and on top of that this dress cost me $25 to get pressed only not even dry cleaned and now they won't do nothing about it.

After returning to Seminole Heights, I thought I’d give McNatt’s another shot 10 years later as it was nearby. I should’ve checked the reviews first, it is NO better. I had the worst experience. Not only did they charge an outrageous price—more than my trusted & expert cleaners in South Tampa or Temple Terrace—but they completely ruined my Eileen Fisher jumpsuit and charged $30 for their incompetence.
