RUINED / SHRUNK CLOTHES - DO NOT GO HERE OR TO HILLSBOROUGH CLEANERS - ZERO STARS if I could. I am attaching photos of the ruined clothes. My husband had his linen pants & shirt that were tailor made to fit in Thailand cleaned. The shirt & pants on top were cleaned v bottom pair not cleaned, both exactly the same, show the shrinking! Horrible Service. I dropped my prom dress off before 9am, they told me to come back at 5:00 to get my dress, when I arrived they told me they lost my dress.
They say their "machines are down" and they can' do same day service. They used to be reliable. Guess service quality isn't what it is anymore. They dropped the ball and lost a customer.
