Recommend 100% This was only my 2nd time needing a lawyer. The 1st time was a disaster, so I was very nervous and anxious when hiring Libby. She turned out to be the complete opposite of what I was expecting. She was friendly, genuinely seemed to care, and did everything she said she’d do when she said she’d do it. Sean Powers is horribly rude and unprofessional. He didn’t know any information about the case 2 days prior to the court date! Told me to call him on a specific date then acted like I was bothering him, told me he didn’t know anything because he left his brief case in the car. Libby is a Rock star! She Got an Emergency Motion done for Custody for my 3 kids. She is fast and efficient and me being in North Carolina and have never met her in person she does not let that stop her and slow her down. Sean is great to he helped out a little during my hearing.
